In this role, you'll be a critical part of supporting our business function by offering administrative support to 2-3 leaders within the same organization.What you’ll doIn this role, you'll be a critical part of supporting our executive function.ResponsibilitiesProvide complex calendar support for your leaders and, potentially, other members of their teamManage travel arrangements and process expense reportsMake recommendations for your executives with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organizationOrganize and plan team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action itemsPartner with your executive to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company goals and targetsEstablish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processesSupport the operations and culture of various Stripe teamsWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
