About this role

Looking for experienced electricians to work across the Charlotte metro area, including Gastonia and Huntersville. This role covers commercial, residential, and medium/high-voltage projects - transformer installs, lighting, conduit and large-cable pulls, and general electrical service work. We plan to add 5 technicians by the end of the year. You'll work on a mix of service calls and project installations, travel between local job sites, and step into foreman duties on assigned projects. Expect hands-on field work, leadership of small crews, and clear, practical direction from dispatch and project leads.

What you'll do

• Install and maintain transformers, medium- and high-voltage equipment, and commercial electrical services.
• Bend and install conduit; pull conduit and large cable for new installs and retrofits.
• Install lighting systems, low-voltage systems, and perform residential wiring tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, test systems, and commission equipment to code and spec.
• Lead small crews on jobs, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage daily site tasks.
• Keep accurate job records, complete paperwork, and maintain a safe, organized worksite.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with conduit bending, cable pulling, transformer installation, and commercial service work.
• Comfortable working on medium- and high-voltage systems and performing hands-on troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specs; use common electrical test equipment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel across the Charlotte metro.
• Physically fit for lifting, climbing, and long days on job sites; reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience supervising or acting as foreman on projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 (required) or OSHA 30 (preferred) and NFPA 70E or electrical safety training.
• Medium/high-voltage training or certifications a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• English proficiency for safe communication on site; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
