Job Description
Within each of our students, there lies a neshama yearning to connect, a potential Tzadik or Tzadekes waiting to shine forth. We seek a Lower School or Middle School Judaics Teacher who possesses the unique ability to recognize and nurture this divine spark, guiding each student to realize their utmost potential. It is our fervent desire that our students forge a deep and enduring relationship with Hashem, inspired by witnessing their teacher’s own embodiment of this sacred bond. At Katz Hillel Day School, our approach transcends mere Avodah; it is deeply rooted in Ahava. We strive to cultivate a love for Torah, a passion for mitzvot, and a profound sense of closeness to Hashem, mirroring the authentic and heartfelt path our teachers walk daily.
Your Role in Our Torah Odyssey:
Illuminate the minds and souls of our students with the depth and beauty of Torah.
Create an immersive learning environment that is both rigorous and spiritually uplifting, encouraging students to form a personal connection with their heritage.
Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a Torah education that integrates seamlessly with the general studies curriculum.
Qualifications for the Divine Journey:
A profound and passionate dedication to Torah study, with a Torah education.
Experience in bringing Torah to life for students of diverse backgrounds and levels of observance.
The ability to communicate complex Torah concepts with clarity, warmth, and relevance.
A commitment to personal growth in Avodat Hashem, serving as a living example of Torah values.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Why Embark on This Journey with KHDS?
A competitive salary that reflects the value we place on your role as a spiritual guide.
Comprehensive benefits to support your well-being and enable you to dedicate yourself fully to our sacred mission.
A supportive and dynamic community of educators and families committed to Torah, chinuch, and the betterment of our world.
The unparalleled fulfillment of impacting young Jewish souls, guiding them on their path towards Torah and mitzvot.
