Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Independence, KS and surrounding area. You will provide direct home care, coordinate with care teams, and educate patients for safe infusion therapy in the home. Responsibilities include scheduling, on-call participation, and ensuring documentation compliance.
