Some restaurants hire managers.
\n \nWe're looking for a builder.
\n \nGood Boy is a new fast-casual concept opening in San Luis Obispo, inspired by a location that has been part of the community since 1977. Our mission is simple: deliver fast-food speed with full-service hospitality while creating a place that people genuinely love to visit.
\n \nWe're searching for someone who understands that exceptional operations don't happen by accident. They happen through systems, consistency, accountability, and great leadership.
\n \nExperience with brands known for operational excellence, such as In-N-Out Burger or similar high-volume concepts, like: Shake Shack, Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Culver's, Whataburger, Dutch Bros, Starbucks, or Hillstone is highly valued. If you've helped lead teams where speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality were non-negotiable, we'd love to talk with you.
\n \nThis role is about far more than running shifts. You'll help build our culture, hire and develop our founding team, establish operational standards, coach future leaders, and shape the guest experience from the very first day we open our doors.
\n \nThe right candidate is:
\nIf you're looking for "just another restaurant job," this probably isn't it.
\n \nIf you're excited by the opportunity to help create something special, something our community will be proud of for years to come, we'd love to hear from you.
\n \nStore Manager – Good Boy
\nSan Luis Obispo, California
\n \nPlease send your resume and a brief introduction to info@goodboyinslo.com.
\n \nLet's build something unforgettable.
\n \nYou Got That Dog In You.
