Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to the Pastoral Team Director in a wide range of activities to assist with his administrative and pastoral responsibilities while interacting with staff, and congregational members.Required Experience & KnowledgeAgree to ACC's doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision StatementFulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in scriptureAbsolute awareness and adherence to confidentialityPossess strong administrative skills and other abilities such as communication, writing, observation, analysis, leadership, and a meticulous work ethicDemonstrate competence in computer skills including MS Office, Pages, and typing3+ years of office assistant work experienceBe self-directed, able to lead others, and manage projectsSchedule and task-focused; able to prioritize and complete duties using tracking software, lists, etcAnalytical thinker and good time management skillsDuties & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in weekly staff meetings and special events as neededEngage as part of a team with Athey Creek staff, always being edifying to one anotherManage the Pastoral Team CalendarsManage the Pastoral Team's AppointmentsManage volunteer scheduling for services and PODCompassionately respond to urgent needs or crisis situationsPrepare for meetings; create presentations and spreadsheetsAssist with benevolence requestsOrganize and maintain confidential files and records of a sensitive natureProvide the Pastoral Team with daily administrative supportAll other duties as assignedSchedule: Tuesday through Saturday, including some weekends and eveningsHours: Full-Time, Hourly
